If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you need a size change: you have 14 days from the order reception date to return purchased products.

Taxes and duties are included in the shipping fee for orders from USA and UK - we ship all orders on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. If you receive a duty or tax bill in error, please contact us.

Taxes and duties are non included in the shipping fee for orders from all other countries.

Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which is collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
