Payment and Security

We accept many different methods of payment, all of which are totally safe.

You can pay for your order by credit card, debit card and anticipated bank transfer.
We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and through PayPal.

PayPal is a completely safe online method of payment that permits you to pay for orders by directly accessing your PayPal account. The data concerning your account and any information on your credit card are managed directly by PayPal, which simply provides us with a communication, via e-mail, after the payment is made.


Every order placed on our shop will be shipped with DHL.
The shipping price depends on the country you are shipping your order to.
The fee is indicated and calculated directly in the shopping bag.
The shipping fee does not change when you buy more than 1 article and taxes and duties are not included.
For orders paid for by bank transfer, delivery times will be calculated upon receiving payment confirmation.

Return and Refund

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from your delivery date to return an item for a refund.
We recommend that your return is sent back within 7 days of receipt to ensure the parcel arrives at the original location in time.
To return one or more items from your order, please email us at with your order number and the reference of the item you wish to return. Our team will contact you to provide all details and a shipping label.

Items should be returned unworn and undamaged and the original packaging included.
We invite you to try on the shoes on a soft surface, in order to avoid any damage to the sole or other parts of the product. Return not available on items on sale.

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund can take up to 10 business days and will be issued via the original payment method, excluding the delivery cost.

Please note, we do not offer refund of all the costs related to the shipment of your order.

Repair Policy

ERRELUX ITALIA SRL provides repair service for all products that are part of the current and the last two collections.
Carryover products are always repairable if spare parts are available in our warehouses.
ERRELUX ITALIA SRL won’t take care of reparation If:

– The product has been altered and or modified;
– The product is found as non-authentic;
– The product has been modified with non-original components;
– Spare parts or raw materials for reparation are not available anymore.
