TERRITORIES
Orders are shipped worldwide with DHL from Italy.

PROCESSING
Orders are fulfilled in 5-7 working days from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Italian bank holiday.

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and leave our facility. Commission costs will be deducted from the refund.

We reserve the right to postpone delivery if an order is not ready for dispatch due to causes beyond its control. Please note that special promotions or sales may occasionally cause delays in delivery.

We reserve the right to reject orders or deny providing services to whomever at any time.

 

ORDER DELIVERY

Upon order delivery, customers are required to carefully inspect the parcel before signing as proof of delivery.

Any claim concerning damages, missing items, etc shall be noticed and sent within 14 days from the order delivery date or before return request, and failure to comply to this term will result in the claim not being accepted.

In the event that a customer believes they has received defective or incorrect merchandise, the customer is required to immediately contact atelier@francescorusso.fr. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return shipment of merchandise.

We invite you to try on the shoes on a soft surface, in order to avoid any damage to the sole or other parts of the product.

The shipping price depends on the country you are shipping your order to.

The fee is indicated and calculated directly in the shopping bag.

The shipping fee does not change when you buy more than 1 article.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Our warehouse is located in Italy.
Taxes and duties are not included in the shipping fee for all orders extra EU - we ship all orders on a DAP (Delivery at Payment) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be not included in the product price. 
Payment of any duty and import tax is the responsibility of the recipient which is collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control. We are not able to estimate these fees as they vary from country to country. The best way to calculate the costs is by contacting your local carrier/customs office.
We take no responsibility for any costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order for any reason your package will be
considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
