Return and Refund
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. We recommend that your return is sent back within 7 days of receipt to ensure the parcel arrives at the original location on time.
Items should be returned in their original condition and have not been worn, used, or altered. All packaging and merchandise shipped with your order must be returned.
Items should be returned with the DHL return label provided by the brand.
The return is shipped from the same country in which the item was purchased.

If your return does not meet any of the above conditions, the package will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
To return one or more items from your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reference of the item you wish to return.
Our team will contact you to provide all instructions and documents within 2-3 working days - this timing may vary accordingly to bank holiday.
Please ensure the return parcel is properly packaged and cannot be damaged during shipping. Also, please ensure you get proof of the return (a receipt) in case you need to contact us about your return.
Once your return has been received and processed, your refund can take up to 10 business days and will be issued via the original payment method, excluding the delivery cost. For security reasons, we cannot issue a refund to a different payment method and/or credit card.
